Journeying with Cathy was a portal into a completely new reality for me. There were concepts I was familiar with and those that I had never heard of but resonated deeply with.

When I met Cathy in 2020 I knew I had to work with her. I was still firmly rooted in my corporate career, exploring my edges while managing everything and everyone in my life, in complete control. Fast forward to 2022. Everything had changed, I was in the midst of yet another transformation, my 20 year marriage was falling, I had left my career, I lost several close family members in a short period of time, my life had spiraled out of 'control'. I had a calling but no way of knowing what it was and no constructs to birth it in. Each day felt like a battle for my sanity, I had no point of reference.

I saw an Instagram live about a programme called the Oracle Spiral and my heart burst and sank. I felt it was just what I needed but I had no means to join. I contacted Cathy at 1am, sharing with her all the ways the programme spoke to me and telling her how excited I was to join when the time was right. I didn't expect her to set up a call with me, I didn't expect her to invite me to do the Oracle Spiral. I didn't expect her to share her magic with me, I had nothing of value to exchange for the opportunity. She gave me access to a programme that brought me home to myself and changed my life in ways that can never change back.

Since then, I've worked with Cathy a few more times in different roles and contexts. Each time has changed me in the most profound ways and brought me closer to the truth of who I am.

Although the love and support are palleteable, because she pours it into everything she does, the road is not easy. There is very little room for codependency or people pleasing. Any work you do will push you into your sovereignty which can be challenging but will anchor you into yourself and your purpose in profound ways.

To find a good coach is difficult, to find a coach and mentor who is committed to social equity and decolonisation like Cathy is almost unheard of. It took me months to come into right relation with what shes been sharing with me in access and observation, to overcome my own insecurities, complexes, stories and projections and see the breadcrumb to my new life for what I was. all I needed to do was follow the steps, trust and surrender. At the time it made no sense, but i'm so glad I did. Cathy has held me in love like a friend, strength like a sister and compassion like a mother so that I learn to hold myself in that and find my way home to my breath, to my body, to my magic.
